Romanian Folk Dancerby ~Starlace

Traditional Art / Paintings / Portraits

This is the first portrait I've painted from photograph (which I found, as per usual, in an old Nat Geo magazine.) To be honest I'm happy with it as a painting but it's probably one of my worse portraits. Oh well, c'est la vie.

acrylics on canvas, waaaay too many hours. Like twenty.
